This tiny street belted with modest warehouses, mechanics and an old pub has become a center for the East London art scene with numerous galleries settling there over the last 10 years.

On the first Thursday of every month these galleries are open until 9pm. Many artists and art-interested visitors gather here to enjoy the art, hopping from gallery to gallery, with some beer and to mingle with interesting visitors in a friendly and amiable atmosphere.

Once you have had enough intellectual nourishment you must only go around the corner to the Bistrotheque to enjoy the New York style eatery with a Havan-style bar and an even better atmosphere.
